We are a large Specialist Firm with an emphasis on resolving issues positively and promptly, in a way which deals with children (where relevant) as a priority. Most of our Team Members have attained a Specialist level of Panel Accreditation and are experienced not just with the legal and technical issues surrounding the breakdown of a relationship, but also providing the benefits of an holistic service, meeting with clients emotional as well as legal needs.
Although much of our work is privately funded, we do undertake legal aid work and we have in excess of 10 Specialist Contracts with the Legal Services Commission.
The quality of our work is independently audited to ensure the very highest quality standards. Where possible, we like to provide a comprehensive service, including conducting advocacy ourselves. However where the case demands, we have an excellent range of specialist Barristers that we are able to use to meet the client's requirements.
The vast majority of our clients are referred to us by either existing, or previous clients of the firm who have been satisfied with the outcome of their cases and the standard of the service received at Edwards Duthie.
