Sackvilles is a long-standing, well established firm in Hornchurch and Rainham, Essex. Our family Solicitor/Partner is a member of Resolution and she prides herself on being non-confrontational and sympathetic. Our aim is to resolve issues relating to a breakdown within the family with minimum upset and distress and to offer a caring yet professional service. We advise on all issues of divorce including procedure and preparation of all documents.
We will try to resolve contact and residence issues sensibly with minimum distress and disruption to the family focusing on the best interests of the child/children. We will try to secure a speedy, fair and amicable resolution to financial matters and settlements. With times changing and more people living together, we advise on cohabitee disputes and also help in the preparation of prenuptial agreements.
