Parfitt Cresswell are a modern, forward thinking law firm operating from three offices in Windsor, West London and South East London.
We aim to provide our client with a full range of legal services which means that we can deal with nearly all legal requirements entirely in house.
The Family Team offer a highly specialised service covering all areas of family law practice including litigation work and advocacy, collaborative law and family mediation. Our team recognise the personal and sensitive nature of every family matter. We appreciate that each client's needs and preferences will be different, we hope therefore that by offering a wide range of family solutions, we are able to offer a bespoke service to all of our clients.
We pride ourselves on offering a personal, friendly and supportive service to our Family clients and we work closely with each client to help them find the best solution for themselves and for their children for the future.
As our team are highly specialised, we are able to offer advice in all areas of Family law and practice including (but not limited to); divorce & finances (with a particular specialism in financial matters including complex financial structures, business assets, trusts, offshore assets, pensions and maintenance), Children matters including residence, contact, financial issues and all related matters, emergency relief and injunctions, separation agreements, cohabitation disputes and advice to unmarried partners and parents, Civil Partnership Dissolutions, Pre and Post Nuptial agreements and any associated matters.
All of our Family Team are members of Resolution. Teresa Payne and Vanessa Cozens are also collaboratively trained by Resolution. In addition to being a Resolution Member, Nathalie Wespieser is also a Resolution trained Family Mediator and actively practises mediation (in addition to legal practice).
We offer every client a completely free, no obligation initial consultation which is not capped on time.
