About us
Family Law – We focus on family law because we care about the people that family law impacts upon. We advise on parental rights, responsibilities and aliment, on financial support for families and agreements for unmarried parents. We work with same and opposite gender couples on pre nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
Child Law – We have the experience to treat children as individuals and the expertise to communicate with them effectively. Whether it is dealing with children's panels, adoptions, representation of the child in the divorce process or educational and learning difficulties issues we are sensitive to their needs. We are qualified in both child development and specialist interviewing techniques.
We specialise in family/child law and concentrate on all areas of family law to include, but not limited to, divorce, separation, contact, wills, power of attorney, executries matrimonial conveyancing and adoptions.
