About us
Joanne Houston Just Family Law was founded by Joanne Houston after working in family law in the Hampshire area for almost 20 years. The firm provides a personalised service aiming to meet individual client's needs and recognise the issues they face through the journey of relationship breakdown.
Joanne Houston has extensive experience in dealing with international family law from ancillary relief cases involving foreign assets to child relocation and abduction cases and acquired Resolution accreditation in international family law and ancillary relief (finances) in 2007. Joanne is also a practising collaborative family lawyer.
The firm provides accessibility to legal expertise at reduced rates. The firm offers initial interview fixed fees as set out above together with fixed rate packages and even a price list. We will act for those who would qualify for legal aid or are on the cusp of doing so but do not wish to apply for public funding.
With access to offices and meeting rooms worldwide, the firm is accessible not just on price but also geographically.
