Subsidised Fee Scheme
For those who have low income and modest savings, but cannot obtain Legal Aid, we will in future subsidise our normal fees (subject to application and assessment, and at our discretion) by 50% to ensure people can still get the advice and assistance they need, at a more affordable rate.
The firm's traditional way of working at competitive hourly rate.
A higher level of service and support involving around the clock advice and assistance, with mobile telephone access to the lawyer handling their case, seven days a week, from dusk ‘til dawn, by telephone or email. When face-to-face meetings are needed, we will arrange them at times to suit the client, outside of normal working hours if required. This service is delivered on the basis of a 10% increase in fees compared to our Established Service.

The Head Partnership has a 13 strong family team over two offices in Lower Earley, Reading and Henley on Thames, and has grown rapidly ever since Mo Fox, and her then team of two, launched the department in 1998.
Advice and assistance is avalaible in relation to divorce and separation; private children disputes; domestic violence protection; ancillary relief and financial matters; cohabitation; civil partnerships; collaborative law; and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
The firm tries to adopt a holistic approach to family problems, finding a practicable and workable solution to varied problems, which will allow each party to move on with their lives with minimum animosity. Especially where children are involved, the breakdown of the relationship does not mean the end of the family, and the relationship should be capable of continuing, albeit in a different way.
The firm also has expertise in company and commercial work, employment law, residential and commercial property work and private client work, dealing with wills and trusts, probate, estate planning and elderly client work.
The firm has attained Lexcel accreditation, the Law Society’s practice management standard.
