Based in the West End - our offices are near Selfridges - Freemans provides an excellent service at competitive rates for local families and people working nearby, as well as managing the private and family affairs of our commercial clients and high net worth individuals.
The family department has a specialist team of lawyers who provide excellent quality of advice and represent clients in all aspects of family law. We are also able to offer mediation and collaborative law. We recognise that family breakdown for whatever reason is extremely stressful; consequently we will respond quickly to your requests and give you advice, support and guidance. We aim to provide the best possible advice and representation and access to the highest calibre legal expertise without extravagant costs. Additionally, we hold a contract with the Legal Services Commission and for eligible clients, are able to offer specialist services with the assistance of public funding.
The family department is best known for its work in the field of International family law and Children's law and has been involved in many complex cases. Freemans has a well established reputation representing parents, children, grandparents and extended family members, including vulnerable adults. Many of the matters we have been involved have been the subject of reported cases and judicial guidance and so have helped to shape the development of family law.
