Notes about Disabled Access:
The building at Calls Wharf in Leeds affords full disabled access.
The building we occupy in York is listed. The ground floor is all on one level and has one small step up from the pavement of about 2 inches. If you are disabled or suffer from restricted mobility, you may arrange to be seen using the desk in our ground floor reception area which affords wheelchair access. The access to toilet facilities is restricted and is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

The skills of Yorkshire lawyer have been recognised by the UK’s leading family law group – Resolution. Nigel Wilson founding member of the recently opened Ebor Law, has recently gained Resolution Accredited Specialist status.
Nigel, who has been qualified for fifteen years, attended St Peters School in York later taking his solicitors finals at the York Branch of the College of Law.
Ebor Law was recently opened by Nigel and two other specialist family lawyers – all having previously worked together as part of a specialist and highly acclaimed national team.
Nigel has passed his examinations in (1) Complex Finance & Property: High Income Households and Substantial Assets, and (2) Pensions to gain his Accredited Specialist Status.
Originally set up in 1999, the scheme is designed to help people who are facing family breakdown to make an informed choice when deciding which lawyer to appoint. To become a Resolution Accredited Specialist, lawyers have to agree to uphold the Resolution Code of Practice and to have passed a written test demonstrating a breadth of knowledge of family law issues and specialist knowledge in at least two areas of family law.
Nigel is one of 1450 currently Accredited Specialists in the country at the moment, and one of just several in the region who have passed examinations in both Complex High Value Finances and Pensions work.
