access law are a Southampton-based family law practice Solicitors undertaking both Legal Aid and private work including Family and Divorce, Domestic Abuse and Injunctions, Care Cases, International Child Abduction, Mental Health, Conveyancing and Wills and Probate. We hold Legal Services Commission contracts in both Family and Mental Health Law. Our partners have between them over 50 years experience in family law and are accredited specialists with the Law Society Family Law, Children and Mental Health Review Tribunal Panels and with Resolution. We provide free legal advice and information on our website and by email.

We are dedicated to providing a good value personal legal service and are wholly committed to Legal Aid. We will undertake home and hospital visits in the local area by arrangement and offer an initial fixed fee interview of 30 mins for 10.

We recognise that for many of our clients a visit to a Solicitor can be a daunting prospect and we try to maintain an atmosphere of relaxed, friendly efficiency whenever possible.
